My hamster has black patches what are they ?

My hamster has 2 little black patches of hair on his back he is 12 weeks old and when i feel underneath its like a little bald patch (a black mole).What could it be ?
It would be very helpful if you could help thank you

thank you for your question.
If your hamster is a Syrian hamster, the black patches are probably scent gland. They are located in front of the hind legs and do look a bit like a mole.
