i had my hamster for about a year and i tried taming it but nothing worked and it dosnt get muck exercise what should i do?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Sorry, I don't know anything about hamsters, but if they're like gerbils, you should feed him or her some seed from your hand and if your worried about biting wear leather gloves.  Ask somebody else in the list of experts that says in their profiles that they're good with hamsters.  Sorry I can't help anymore. I'm a only gerbil person.  Good luck with your hamster.
