houising dwarf hamsters together?

Is it a ood idea to let 2 dwarf hamsters live together? will they fight? will they enjoy it?

Hi Bob,

Yes, in fact Dwarf hamsters are very sociable, and they enjoy the company of another dwarf of the same age (and of the same sex, unless you're breeding).  However, they should be introduced to each other at a young age (6-8 weeks old).  They shouldn't fight.  Many people hear dwarf hamsters playing, with all of their squeaking, and they think the hamsters are fighting, but unless you see blood or another injury, they are just playing.
