Hello u probably dont remember me but i was asking you questions about my pregnant hamster and she had her babies Febreuary 14th, when can u hold them or play with them?

Hi Steven,

You'll have to wait until the babies are 14 days old before you can hold them.  When you start holding them, you'll have to be very gentle, and don't handle them for very long (just about a minute).  Make sure you don't touch them before they are 14 days old, or the mother may stop feeding them.
