hamster poorly

my syrian 4 month old hamster has suddenly started to shake and have reduced movement of her back legs.she has poo and wee on her bottom.she also is sleepy.

These are some of the distinct symptoms of wet tail, which is contagious and usually unfortunately fatal. However, a vet can sometimes operate upon the hamster, so my best advice would be to take her to the vet as soon as possible. If she does not get veterinary care in the next few days she could easily die.
Until you can get her to a vet, keep his cage warm, clean and quiet in an undisturbed place away from noise. Make sure she has a constant supply of fresh water and food, and clean bedding.
