Question
Hi,

i just found out that one of my robo had a lump-liked thingy slightly above its
hind legs and slightly below its arm. can only feel it when i touch her. she use
to be sleeping all the way a few days ago but she became active again suddenly.
is she sick? or is it a pup in her womb? but she is only 5-7 weeks old.

are there any cases when a hamsters only gave birth to ONE pup? and when the pup
grows matured, can it live in the cage with the other adults hamsters?
And 1 more question..I have been playing with my robo for the last few days.. and today he bite me!! y? Its so pain!!! thanks!

Answer
There are probably cases where the hamster gives birth to one pup. If the pup is a female keep her with the other females, if it's a male seperate him. Has she been around males, if so she could be pregnant. Also, it's very common for hamsters to bite or nip. It could have been that you startled him or he could have smelled something on you and thought it was food.
