my hamster patches had babies u already know that but i need to know when i can handle the babies and when can i clean the cage? i dont know what to do. when can the babies be put in seperate cages. when can they be ready to go to their new homes?

Hi Dylan,

    When the babies are 2 weeks old, they can be handled for a short period of time and the cage may also be cleaned.
    When the babies are 3 weeks of age, they need to be separated from their Mom and each other (boys in one cage, girls in another).
    At 5-6 weeks of age, the babies are ready to go to their new homes.
