pregnant and running in a wheel

Should I take out my hamster wheel if my hamster is a week pregnant.  Sometimes she runs until she is exhausted?

Hello! Congrats on being a grandparent. Yes I would remove the wheel so she won't run on it so much. Sometimes they may hurt their babies by doing all of that running. Don't try to handle her or anything and put some tissue paper in the cage to let her build a nest. I also suggest using vitamin drops in their water to help her get more nutrients as well. :) Good luck and keep me posted.
