Answer
Dear Dawson,
thank you for your question.
You need to give her time to adjust to you. Offer her treats from your hand in the cage and just put your hand in the cage without picking her up, let her come to you and explore by herself. When she's comfortable to sit on your hand, you can start moving your hand around the cage. Then cover her gently with your other hand and take her out slowly. Rubbing your hands with cage bedding may help.

I'm not sure why she urinates on you, it might be that she's scared or that you just need to give her time to do it in the cage before taking her out. Give her half an hour or so after she wakes up. It might just stop when she's a bit older, though, and used ot being handled.
I hope I was of some help to you
Jennifer
