Watery eyes.

Question
Hi, my hamster gets watery eyes after running in her wheel for like 30 minutes straight. It looks like she doesn't blink while she runs. If she is not on her wheel her eyes are completely fine. The only time she gets watery eyes is when she is her wheel for extended periods of time. She is otherwise healty, friendly, eating right, and excercising. I just found this a little odd. Is it anything to worry about?

Answer

No, it's nothing to worry about. Hamsters usually don't blink, she just runs so long that the air from the wheel bugs her eyes. The watering from her eyes could also mean that she has to much salt in her system and she is getting rid of it.
