Hammys

Question
After putting 3 male hammys together like you said, theres been no fighting at all (i think) but at lot of squeaking any time the dad goes by the babys. are they getting on, is this normal?

also the dad hammy seems to be getting around from bed to bed because the babys dontwant him. but this only happens some times. They have been together about 2 weeks now.
Do you think they are all ok.???

Hi Ellie,

As long as there isn't serious fighting (as opposed to normal play-fighting), I assume they're getting along well.  The squeaking is normal as well; dwarf hamsters tend to be very vocal, especially when they're play-fighting.  I'm glad they're getting along well :)
