Answer
Ferrets are not pack animals nor are they naturally social animals so when we place a number together, they have to figure each other out - this means fighting.  The younger ones are used to other ferrets, but the older one may not be so she may be sneding off signals or you may be interpreting attacking as an attempt for the younger ferrets to play.  ferrets play much rougher than we do.  If they are biting at her neck and screaming - don't worry.  Only remove Daisy if she is bitten under her neck or on her stomach or if she is sjowing signs of stress - like runny poop.  I imagine she will take care of herself.  Due to her age I would be more concerned with stress leading to illness so watch her food and water intake.  You also want to make sure they all get out of cage playtime a lot - the fighting may be worse in the confined space of the cage.
