she seem to be shedding alot but her poop is very watery and seedy coughing and sneezing, whe she sleeps it sounds like wheezy and labored, is it just a cold? or more serious and needs a vet visit?

I think I just answered this question, so this is a duplication - hopefully the system will send you the reply in time to help your precious little girl.

If you are greatly concerned or she is really struggling to breathe, please don't hesitate to take her to a vet ASAP.  It *sounds like* a case of the flu, but your observance of symptoms is definitely more reliable than my interpretations via internet. Flu symptoms should begin to subside within 24 hours and not last any longer than 2-3 days maximum.

Hope she is well soon!  Keep her warm, give extra fluids frequently, wrap her in a blankie or your robe and rock her if you can - my kids always enjoy that when they don't feel well.
