How old do ferrets need to be before they can have flea baths or spray?

Does your ferret have fleas?

I would never get a ferret a flea bath nor would I use most commercial sprays on a ferret no matter the age.

Just bathe your ferret using baby shampoo or dove soap and keep them submerged under water (not the head though) that will kill the fleas by drowning them.
