Question
Hi, I have a 3 year old male ferret, that is healthy, friendly, just overall great. Recently I have noticed two spots on his nose, that definitely weren't there before. They look like freckles, brown, little bigger than a pin head. His coloring is white and tan all over with light pink nose. Nothing changed in his enviroment, or food, or anything so that makes me think that those are freckles.
Can ferrets develop freckles or is that something else?

Answer
Hello Daniela,

This sort of change is fairly common. Ferrets are always changing in appearance, so I wouldn't be too concerned about it. They grow just like we do.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
