Hi Lynda,

From what I've read, ferrets do have dander that is an allergen for some people. If you are considering taking a ferret into your home, but you're worried about you or someone else in your household being allergic, I would suggest you go to a pet store, or better yet, a ferret shelter, to be exposed to the dander they give off to judge whether or not you are allergic!
