Dying ferret

Question
My ferret is about 6 years old and i believe he may be dying. He's lost weight, for some reason he can't eat. His poop is very liquidy and smelly. As of yesterday he cant walk, he has a big redish purple mark on his stomach going down to his left let. Some other things he has are pale nose, bad breath, and he shivers alot. If you could help me figure out what he's dying of i'd appreciate it.

Answer
Your ferret needs a vet asap. This is definitely not a wait and see issue like some things that happen to ferrets young and old.

I cannot diagnose what your ferret has but he needs a vet now especially since he cannot walk, weight loss, bad breath (a sign of kidney failure among other things), liquid poop all of the symptoms point to an emergency visit.
