my moms dog

Hi,
The car mechanic gave my mom this cute puppy. She named it sweetie. She kept it in the room with her, but it kept growing bigger and bigger and it is very very hyper and active. The last person that tried to walk her was pulled down! She now has to keep it outside. This dog is too much for my mom to handle and she would like to find it a nice home. She called me oneday and said, she just saw dogs junping and catching frisbies, and she can just see her dog doing this. Do you know how to find a local (alabama) frisbie catching dog association? Thanks

Hi Teresa,
No I do not know a fresbie ass.  any place this is just something people teach their pets to do and log onto a club traveling along the way.
Tell her to post nice made posters from Wal Mart cut down to size and place inside grocery store enteries for a good home for a playful large dog to good home only, also put in local paper same way.
This is the problem with taking on dogs u know nothing about the mix of them and they outgrow they homes and put outside which I totally object to as who wants a pet kept outside, what good are they to anybody kept outdoors, cruel so tell her to work on finding this dog a good home very soon and remove it now.
Many children would love a dog like this but make sure u interview the people that it is placed proberly or it will end up in a pound to be killed.
