Do you know a home remedy for dog ezcema.  5 year old rescued female pit suffering badly.  Cannot afford vet right now.

This dog really needs to be seen by a vet for a diagnosis of her problem in order to receive the correct treatment. She may need antibiotics, cortisone, a change in diet, a medicated or flea shampoo, etc. Your dog could have a staph infection, allergies to food, carpeting, fleas, pollen, dust mites, etc., hormonal problems, dander or mange mites.

You could try giving her a little bit of fish oil if her skin is too dry, and if it is irritated, try wiping her skin with Listerine Mouthwash to kill any possible bacteria.
