Zeus St Bernard pup

Hi I have a 6 1/2 month old saint he is of good blood line (paid enough) but he is showing a lot of aggressiveness at first with strangers. He was fixed on 7/1/08 but now with my 2 yr old English Mastiff who out weights him by 100 lbs but Thor won't fight back.  Which worries me that Zeus will get worst he has never done that with our other mastiff Titan who is 3 yrs old. It is usually over a stick or something they find in the yard he is already weighting 115 lbs so I need control now!!

The key to most behavior problems is approaching things using the dog's natural instincts. Dogs see all the people and dogs in the household as a pack with each having their own rank in the pack and a top dog. Life is much easier if the 2 legged pack members outrank the 4 legged ones. You can learn to play the role of top dog by reading some books or going to a good obedience class. A good obedience class or book is about you being top dog, not about rewarding standard commands with a treat.
