yes we have a male which is the same breed as her, And we saw her breed with our male dog, That wasn't suppose to happen we really wanted to wait til she was one years older

Hi India,  No your dog is not too young to physically be able to have pups, but she is too young as far as her health to be having puppies.  She is still technically a puppy herself, her bones are not even completely set in her pelvis yet.  Sleeping a lot doesn't necessarily mean she is pregnant.  Did you actually see her breed with another dog?

Hi India, Dogs carry their pups for 63 days approx.  If she has never had a litter, she can carry them up under her rib cage and they may not "drop" until 2 weeks before they are due.  I would count from when they mated and check her around 2 weeks before.  You can get x-rays done when she gets closer to term to see if she really is pregnant.  Hope this helps,
