Skin allergies?

I have a one year old male Jack Russell terrier.  Recently I have noticed bumps on his chest and chin. I presume it is canine acne - I have removed the plastic dish and mat from his feeding area.  I wash the affected area with diluted peroxide. I am worried now that there might be more under his front "arms".  Does this sound serious - it doesnt bother him at all and if I touch it he doesnt flinch or growl.

Hello Mary, Jack Russell Terreir seem to be prone to skin allergies, My own two year old male JRT has had several allergy outbursts since he was 7 months old, And a few months ago in a locle pet shop I saw a lady with a smooth JRT puppy female and 4 months old.... We started talking because we both had JRT's(mine stays home on petshop outings he would never stop barking!) Anyway she said her dog had allergies as well and only 4 months of age! i was shocked and told her about my dog and his problems with allergys as well. Canine acne is normaly found on the chin and lower lips thou can be all over the body. This illness is a group or several groups of hard *Sore pimples that are either bursting or must be bursted by hand. I reccomend a vet check asap because it doensnt sound like acne if it isnt sore.
