MALE DOG VS MALE PUPPY

I have a male cross Siberian  husky/Alsatian(Simba) who is 4 yrs old;  my husband has brought home an  Alsatian male puppy( Rocky) of  two months.  Simba attacked Rocky the  moment he laid eyes on him.  How do we get the two to live
together?

Male to male aggression is very common unfortunately.  When a dog is not neutered or is neutered late they can develop a very strong instinct to attack other male dogs that encroach on their territory.
The best thing you can do is to have both dogs neutered as soon as possible and consult a professiona lbehaviourist on getting the dogs to get along in the meantime.
