How long can I leave 2 puppies alone?

Hello Fran, You can leave them for anywhere from 6 to up to 8 hours, however, being that they are 6 weeks old they will become hungry before that time.  Usually you would feed a puppy from 5 to 12 weeks of age at least 4 set times a day.  And then there are the potty walks. Set the puppies up in a room with water/food/and paper for potty times and a place for taking naps.  Keep in mind you might come home to find the water spilled, the food eaten and the potty paper shredded.  Use your best judgement and know that sometimes our jobs take us away for longer than we prefer.  They will survive just fine if you have to leave them for longer periods of time then you wish.  Maybe you can come home on your lunch hour or enlist help from a neighbor.  Good luck and Thanks for asking, Cindy Lou :)
