my boxer has wart looking spots that look like they are filled with blood between a few of his toes what are they and what can I do?  He also has pimple like spots on the bottom side of his chin what are they and what should I put on them they crack open and bleed.

I'm not a doctor but it sounds as though your dog might possibly have a bacterial dermatitis also known as pyoderma, or possibly something called Interdigital cysts (soft to firm fluid-filled swellings that form in the web of skin between the toes.)

It comes down to the fact, you can't treat, what you don't know. It could also be an allergy, seborrhea, an autoimmune disease... or 100 other things.
You need to have your dog examined by your vet and get a diagnosis.
