He Eats Then He Wont

Hello,I own a 11 pit bull mix we have currently switched brands from Beniful from Blue Seal.We had been riased on Blue Seal and recently he stopped eating it, so we switched to Beniful which sometimes he seems to like.When we first gave it to him he loved it then he stopped eating.We mixed canned food and he refused to eat it withthat.Sometimes I can get him to eat.When he won't eat he drinks an excesive amount of water and then eventualy he throws up.We sometimes put it up but we have another dog and a cat that need to drink too.What can I do??
