I HAVE A FULL BLOODED MALE POMERANIAN DOG. HE WILL BE 2 IN JULY.HE HAS NEVER BEEN NEUTERED. HE HAS ALLERGIES, BUT I DON'T KNOW TO WHAT. IS THERE ANY OVER THE COUNTER MEDICINES I CAN GET FOR HIM? AND IF SO WHERE CAN I GET THEM AT?

You can find Benadryl or store brand equivalents everywhere.  Give up to 2 mg per pound of body weight.  

He might be better off if you paid for blood tests to identify the problem.  You could try a change of food.  That doesn't mean going to an expensive speciality chow, just one based on a different kind of meat.
