Puppy with Eye Rash

My dog was playing in the woods and came back with a small mark by her eye and behind her ear.  I took her to the vet and they told me to treat the earmark with peroxide and they gave me ointment for her eye.  After a week it does not seem to be clearing up, but she is acting normal and is fine and I just keep watching her for scratching...the rash near the eye is bigger now since she has aggrevated it by scratching...is there anything else I can do to help her heal?

If she keeps on scratching at it and opening it up it won't heal or worse could become infected.  If you already have medication I suggest you get an e-collar or "cone" so she can't get to the abrasion.

It's not ideal, but it will keep her from picking at it and should help the wound heal.
You can get one from a vet or from Petco, Petsmart or other pet supply store in your area.
