she is jerken and acts like she is seizuring or having a stroke , but she isn't throwing up or foaming at the mouth?

Hi Crystal,
Yes, it sounds like she is having a seizure. She may have another one, but it may not be right away.  I have a chihuahua that has them ever now and then.  When she has one, just remain calm and try to hold her and comfort her. If they get really bad and/or real often, then you may want to have your Vet prescribe meds to control the seizures.
