How to wipe off louses parasitize on dogs?

My dog has been parasitic with a lot of louses. And I find it really hard to  wipe off completely. Could you help me?

I'm not understanding your question.
Your dog has lice, and you're asking how to remove the medication? Very often a louse infestation is treated with a medicated shampoo, and after the dog is thoroughly dry, a pyrethrin spray or powder can be applied. Is this the treatment you are using?
