dog kills cat

hello, i was wondering if you knew what i could or should do in this matter, my cat is basiclly an indoor cat but she sometimes will go sit on our porch, tonight a neighborhood husky was loose and he actually came onto my porch took my cat and killed her i saw him on the porch  by the time i got out there he was shaking and and ran off with her, i finally got her out of his backyard but she was dead. do u suggest anything, this dog is always running lose and has bitten 3 of my neighbors????

I am so sorry to hear about your cat.

That dog needs to be reported to the police as he is obviously a dangerous dog. I would also imagine that there are dog-leash laws where you live; they are everywhere now. Possibly you could take the neighbor to small claims court.

I would certainly talk to someone at city hall and see what recourse you might have where you live.
