How do i stop my 8 year old lab complete dog annoying my mum's 9 year old collie. Licking her ears, trying to mount her, likcing carpets, and grass. no matter what we do he doesnt listen.

Is he neutered? If not you're not going to be able to stop him.
You can also try making sure he gets plenty of exercise. Get him some new chew toys,kongs stuffed with treats etc. He needs a GOOD forty five minute power walk EVERY day.
