Italian Greyhound

I have 2 Italian Greyhounds 1 of them is 11 pounds, not fat just very healthy the other is 9 pounds and you can see his hip bones count every vertebrae on his back and tail its gross i've been looking for a food that will put weight on him i havn't had any luck please help.

What are you feeding now? Greyhounds, even Iggy's, are of course bred to have very high metabolisms, so it's hard to put weight on them. Try peanut butter several times a day as a treat, you can also try adding some cod liver oil to his diet. If you're not already feeding a premium quality dog food, then switch to one, something with lots of kcals per cup. Type in dog food comparison chart in your webbrowser and it'll bring up several websites that will fill you in on nutrition levels and kcals per cup comparisons for most dog foods. That should help :)
