Walking my Dog

My dog refuses to walk.  Well she walks around the house, on occasion.  Shes a 6 yrs old Pekingese, I just adopted her a couple months ago.  She occasionally has accidents in the house, she rarely has accident anymore. Every time  try to walk her out side she refuses to walk, on a leash or off.  She will only come when I call her half of the time.  When we go on walks I am forced to carry her for more than half of the walk.  She just lays down & refuses to move

You have not asked a question, but I will volunteer some information.

Make sure your dog has no mats in her hair, the pads of her feet are trimmed, and her nails are short. If she is overweight, put her on a diet, and watch what you feed her. You should be able to feel her ribs easily.
