white dog w/one blue one brown eye

Can you tell me the possible breeds of a dog I fell in love with? She has one brown eye and one blue eye has a soft curly coat and bobbed tail.  Her hind quarters are rounded and stout. The ticket said large dog, but she's 18 to 24 inches tall.  They said collie smooth, but she really had no collie characteristics.  Can you help.  I really want to adopt her.  By the way, I have pet allergies, do you think she would be suitable?

A number of breeds have blue eyes,Australian Shepherds are one,but other breeds like Huskies it's also common

now as for her being good for your allergies,probably not-as only breeds that get there hair clipped are suitable for allergies and mixes often do shed,because of a number of breeds being in that dog
