can a puppy have its second vaccination before it is 10 weeks old in high risk circumstances?

This is a question for your veterinarian, but I never inoculate mine more often than 3-4 weeks between vaccinations as I worry about possible reactions due to a compromised immune system from receiving too many vaccines. Puppies should not be exposed to other dogs (or have feet on the ground at the vet's or in other doggy areas) until they have completed their puppy inoculations.
