my puppy is not eating what can i do?

my puppy is just 5-6 months old.yesterday i gave him food so he ca eat but he dont want to eat i tried feeding by my self but he still dont eat he looks like he's ran out of energy or maybe he's sick.he drinking water but not much and so im giving him water using spoon so he can survive his mouth is dry and he is always lying around the house and this afternoon i saw a blood in his butt.i dont know where he got this kind of something i think its the weather here in the philippines its very hot here cause its summer do you think its the temperture?we dont have vet here its very far away.



please answer back  i really need the answer

If your dog is acting lethargic (low energy), won't eat and is also having rectal bleeding, then it's time to have your dog examined by a veterinarian, even if that means traveling a great distance to get to the doctor.
It's impossible to guess at what your dog's problem might be. Just like when a child is sick, there is no substitute for professional medical care.

The Philippine Animal Welfare Society might have info as to when a veterinarian is passing through in your area, or where there is an animal hospital that's near you:
