Question
I have my own Yourkie but she is awsome and trained. But i have a friend and his mom has a male Yourkie that like him and his mom but when it comes to his 15 year old sister he puts her IPOD in the fish tank, soils and poops in her room and shoes. And he will get into the trash by the mouth fulls & put it all in the floor of her room. Why does he do this?

Answer
It could be she is unknowingly sending signals that she doesn't accept his leadership.  It sounds to me like he is trying to show her who is who.  The rest of the family needs to get with the program and not let him run the household.  The key to most behavior problems is approaching things using the dog's natural instincts. Dogs see all the people and dogs in the household as a pack with each having their own rank in the pack and a top dog. Life is much easier if the 2 legged pack members outrank the 4 legged ones. You can learn to play the role of top dog by reading some books or going to a good obedience class. A good obedience class or book is about you being top dog, not about rewarding standard commands with a treat.
