staffy bull terrier

my 4 yr okd staffy is house trained. but recently she has pee,d in our lounge over night, whilst we are in bed. she was let out to pee before we went to bed. why would she do this?

Hi Lee;
She may have an infection, or is she spayed?
If not, she may be coming into heat.
I would watch her, and then if need be if she does it again,
Then take her to the Vet, check her urine, or blood.
Just in case.
Otherwise, she may be on early signs of being incontinent.
So, she may need no water after 4 pm.
