Sore on bottom lip

Question

Layla Lip One of my dogs has a sore on her bottom lip. i'm not really sure what it is or if i should be worried about it. it doesn't seem to bother her but it had a white head on it and turned bright pink. i'm not sure where it came from...her and my other dog play a lot and she might have gotten bitten.

what should i do...i have attached a picture of it.
