Question
Bella is a little over a year old. She went into heat for the first time back in November. The last week she has been sagging on one side and know is getting hard and starting to do it on the other side. She is still very active and doesn't seem to slow her down. She has not been spayed but i know that she is not pregnant because we do not allow her outside with out a leash and we do not have any other dogs. She never is out of mine or my daughters site. Is this normal. what would we do? thanks

Hi,  Can you explain what you mean by sagging?  Are nipples hard or swollen?  Are they hot to the touch?  Could she be going into  heat again?  Most dogs go into Season every 6 months but some are every 4 months.
