Question
My dog Rosie is 1 1/2 years old and she is going on her third heat cycle. My family and I were wondering is it too early to start breeding or is it ok to start now. We already have a male picked but if we should wait we will we just want to do what is best for Rosie.

It sounds like a perfect time for breeding.  Read up on all the danger signals when she is pregnant so you can recognize if she is in trouble.  Give her a good diet and as she gets closer to her delivery time, slowly switch her to puppy food,  this way the puppies will be used to it when you have to wean them.  For a puppy food that is medium priced, I like Eukanuba, they also have a weaning mash that puppies love.
