How long after surgery does it take for my dog to urinate? It has been 13 he's and he is only peeing very little and it has blood and he just drips thank you

Answer
He should be going right away, but it may hurt so he is holding back.  The type of surgery would probably bleed a bit, but complications can arise, so give your vet a call and give him an update.  If the conditon  gets worse, call him again and take him in for an exam.
