my 55 pound Australian shepherd is a outside dog and he's getting dry skin.what dog food brand would treat the dry skin?

For a dry food, you may consider a fish based food such us Orijen Fresh Fish, Timberwolf Ocean Blue or Taste of the Wild Pacific Stream.  In addition to a good quality fish based food, you can also add fish oil to the food to help alleviate the dry skin issues.
