I was reading your answers and i got a bit worried hearing that they are difficult to potty train. he is good for now he obeys and do his thing in the litre on a nappy, do you thing that he will start doing it wherever he wants?

Answer
Hi Raveon,
If your puppy is 7 months old and going where he is supposed to be doing his business, you probably won't have problems with him. Just be sure to be consistent with him in his schedule and potty training, don't slack off and expect him to be totally housebroken. If he does make a mistake somewhere he shouldn't be doing his business, you have to catch him in the act and scold him, with mine I just say "NO, BAD!" loudly and mine know they went in the wrong spot.. If you have him neutered before he gets to be an adult male, he shouldn't want to 'mark' his home and territory. The ones I have had the most problem with are the intact males, once they know what the females are about and get to be adults, they tend to want to mark and tell the world they are the 'man' of the house...it's a natural behavior but it can be stopped with consistent training and being watchful.
