Mateing

I have two yorkshire puppies and recently my girl has come into heat, she is not bleeding any longer but is still swollen, my male yorkshire had tried to mate with her and we have been trying to keep him away but somehow he got stuck to her, back to back for about ten minutes and could not separate, does this mean my girl is pregnant with a successful mate?

More than likely she is pregnant.  If her pee pee remains swollen and continues to swell then you will know for sure.  You didn't say what sizes your male and female were or how old they were.  You used the term puppies, but I hope that they are not actually puppies (less than a year old).  I encourage you to read up on breeding and learn as much as you can about the do's and don'ts so that your experience is a safe and happy one.
