How long are yorkies in heat and at what point are they fertile?

The heat cycle lasts for three weeks.  The first week they will bleed bright red blood (usually to day 6 or 7)  The second week the discharge will turn to a milky pinkish color.  From day 7 to day 13 is when they can get pregnant.  The third week they will stop having a discharge but their pee pee will be swollen.
