Question
Hi Patt
I have an 11 week old terrier mix. Two weeks ago i took her to the vet for her 2nd deworming and boosters, and they gave her a dose of Frontline because where she lived before my house; she picked up tons of fleas. The frontline did the job and i check daily, never seeing any fleas. However, she still scratches a lot; not sure if it is out of habit or there is something too little for me to see. I wondered if it is okay to bathe her w/ flea shampoo or not since she is already on the frontline.

Question #2 - is it okay to spray her w/ anti-misquito spray (which is safe for children) for when we go for walks near heavily misquito-inclined places?

Thanks for your help.

Answer
Hi Rachel,
Yes, You could bath her in flea shampoo since she had a big dose of fleas, most likely the eggs are hatching and she yet has them.  I have not faith in those meds vets push on people.  I use Bug Off made of pure ground up Garlic along with some other good things from www.springtime.com/live, I also use Joint Health for my Shepherds joints and bones.
Why not get a bottle of Bug Off wafers and get her on these, they work, visit the site and ask for a book too..  There are live testaments in it how the products work and are guaranteed to.
Yes, do not spray her face, put some on a cloth and wipe it and spray under neath good where the mosq. might attack for a bite of Blood.  Around the anus also or under the tail.  Let me know how she does for she sounds like she still has fleas, dogs do NOT scratch unless they have bad dry skin or fleas or allgergies to dog food.  Get her on a good brand with the first two ingredients reading Meat Products, chicken, lamb, etc.

Kind Regards
Patt
