MY WESTIE WAS CASTRATED ON 2/6/08. HE WAS PREVIOUSLY JUST ABOUT TRAINED(7MOS OLD)HE IS NOW URINATING ON THE FLOOR ABOUT ONCE AND HOUR ONLY IN THE EVENING. IS THIS CONNECTED TO THE SURGERY.ALSO, TODAY HE PULLED OUT THE STICHES EXCEPT FOR ONE. IS THIS AN EMERGENCY OR CAN IT WAIT WILL MONDAY WHEN I CALL THE VET

The stitches being out is far more worrying than the other part. If the area is gaping open or there is any blood, I would at least call the vet clinic, and I would certainly want to make sure he is seen on Monday morning.

The swelling from the neutering may be affecting his pottying, so I would encourage you to take him out an extra time or two during the evening to help him not go in the house.
