how often should you breed a Boston

Answer
As with any bitch of that size, I would only breed her 4 times in her life.  Not before 2 years of age and before 7 years old.  Always having at least one season of not breeding between litters.  Its hard on a bitch to breed her every time she comes in season.

If you have not bred dogs and you got your bitch from a pet store or other backyard breeder I WOULD NOT BREED HER.  

If you have shown your dog in a dog show and it stands up to other competition of the same breed or purchased your dog from a reputable breeder who can help with finding a suitable male from pedigrees that they have studied........then by all means breed her.  

But regardless what you decide to do always remember that you MUST do whats right by your bitch as she may lose her life in whelp.  Spay whenever possible!!
